Janna assists clients with routine “gain and loss” reports / general tax inquiries, etc. especially during tax season.  She also handles all Windsor invoicing.

Janna Hinton joined Windsor in 1999.  Prior to Windsor, Janna was the Great Lakes District Manager for a national loan company. And, as Office Manager of a local real estate agency for eight years, Janna acquired extensive administrative and management skills.

Janna and her husband, Kelly, live in Warren Township with their son, James.

Vicki is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Randy Clark and Chap Mitzell.  She handles scheduling as well.

Vicki rejoined The Windsor Group in 1999.  She previously worked on the administrative side from 1995 to 1997.  Before rejoining Windsor, Vicki worked for The McCabe Law Office while campaigning for Clerk of the Warren Circuit Court in Warren County.  Vicki graduated with honors from Ivy Tech State College in Legal Administration.

Vicki and her husband, Don, live in Crawfordsville with their son, Harrison.  She also has two step-children, Lindsey and Alex.

Karen Demler :

Karen is a member of our client service team.  She handles account openings, transfers and account requests.

Karen Demler was one of the five (5) original employees of the Windsor Group from its inception in October 1986 until December of 1989.  Before rejoining Windsor in 1999, she was a paralegal and most recently, a Human Resource Director for a local Pension Administration Firm.

Karen lives in Fishers with her daughter, Rachael.  She has an adult son, Ryan, who has three children, Braden, Owen and Liam.

Kim Burris :

Kim prepares investment reports, scheduling and assists clients with day-to-day requests on their accounts. Kim Burris joined The Windsor Group in 2001.

Before coming to Windsor, Kim worked in Human Resources for Harrison Steel Castings Company in Attica, Indiana.

Kim graduated with honors from Danville Area Community College in Danville, Illinois, with a degree in Marketing/Mid-Management.

Kim and her husband, Ed, live in Attica with their daughter, Katie.

Russell Robbins :

As the Portfolio Administrator, Russell handles the management of our portfolio database and reporting system. He also handles all Windsor Invoicing.

Russell joined The Windsor Group in 2017.  Prior to Windsor, he worked as a Portfolio Accountant for Wallington Asset Management.  Previously, Russell was a supervisor for Huntington Asset Services in the Mutual Fund Accounting Department for 15 years.

Russell graduated from Indiana University East with a degree in Business Management and Minor in Economics.  He lives with his wife, Angie, and their two Shelties on the Southside of Indianapolis.

Niki Waddell :

Niki joined Windsor in 2017.  Prior to joining The Windsor Group, Niki worked for a staffing firm in Chicago. There, she worked with Fortune 500 clients to meet their hiring needs, serving as the liaison between hiring managers and applicants. An Indianapolis native, Niki was eager to return home and apply her client relations skills in a new role.

Niki graduated Cum Laude from Butler University with degrees in Economics and Spanish. She lives in Indianapolis with her fiancée Sam.
